Shipping Policy

Shipping Within Canada Only

Ontario Outboard ships exclusively within Canada in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. We are unable to process or fulfill international orders—no exceptions.

Freight Damage & Claims

All motors are shipped in factory-sealed crates and are fully insured in transit. While damage is rare, if your order arrives damaged:

Report it immediately to the carrier and ensure it is noted on the waybill.
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist with the claim.

If proper notification is received, we will handle the damage claim with the freight carrier on your behalf. Depending on the severity, we will either send replacement parts (e.g., cracked cowling) or provide a full replacement unit.

Order Tracking

You will receive tracking information via email within 24–48 hours of your order being shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is included on all outboard motors, inflatable boats, and related bundled items within the Canadian provinces (exceptions below).
For all other orders, shipping starts at $20, based on item size, weight, and destination.

Shipping Exceptions

1. Rural & Remote Delivery
In some rural areas, direct delivery may not be available through our standard carriers. If this applies to your order:

We will contact you before shipping.
You may be required to pay an additional fee or pick up your order at a nearby carrier depot.

2. Newfoundland, Labrador & Territories
Shipping to Newfoundland & Labrador, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut may incur additional costs.

After placing your order, we will obtain a shipping quote and contact you for approval before processing.
You may choose to proceed with the order or cancel at no charge.
