The content and transactions on this website are administered by Ontario Outboard. Please review the following policy carefully before completing a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. Ontario Outboard reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. We encourage customers to review the policy regularly.

Cancellations & Undeliverable Shipments
This section applies to purchases that have been processed but not yet shipped. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to the Product Warranties section below.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@ontariooutboards.com.

Orders that have already been processed are subject to a restocking fee:

Outboard motors: 15% restocking fee

Parts and accessories: 25% restocking fee

If a shipment is refused or deemed undeliverable due to customer error, the same restocking fees may apply, in addition to return shipping costs.

Product Exchanges & Returns
Ontario Outboard does accept returns or exchanges on many goods once they have been delivered, however returns are subject to approval. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Ontario Outboard does NOT accept returns on opened/used motors. For support on motors please see the notes on warranty below.

Any concerns regarding product defects or performance should be addressed through the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, as outlined below.

Product Warranties & Manufacturer Support
All products sold by Ontario Outboard carry a manufacturer's limited warranty, unless otherwise stated. Ontario Outboard does not provide additional warranties beyond those of the manufacturer.

Warranty coverage, terms, and conditions are set forth in the documentation provided with your product or available on the manufacturer's website.

All warranty claims must be processed through the manufacturer’s authorized service network.

In the case of outboard motors, warranty service is conducted through authorized dealers in Canada. Customers are responsible for transporting the motor to and from the authorized service location, unless otherwise covered by the manufacturer.

Ontario Outboard expressly disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
